Ben is a event rider based in Rossendale in the heart of Lancashire, where he has wonderful facilities to produce and train event horses to the highest level.
He is constantly looking for quality horses to produce to international level and plans to develop a team of horses that will see him compete at the highest level of the sport for years to come.
At the end of 2006 Ben was selected for the World Class development Programme, which is Lottery funded through UK Sport. The programme provides an established development pathway for young, talented riders, with opportunities and access that will further his training and development as a potential Olympic rider.
In 2006 Ben became the British Under 21 Eventing Champion
In 2007 finished 6th in the FEI European Young Rider Eventing Championships.
In 2008 Ben Won Team GOLD and Individual Bronze in Germany at
Young Rider European Championships.
